As the production director (currently deputy general manager) of a newly-built enterprise which has been in operation for just over a year, Deng Min has worked diligently, conscientiously and responsibly during his tenure. In the more than one year since he took office, he has led the team to continuously establish and improve the company's various production management systems and safety management systems, providing institutional guarantees for the company's safe and orderly production. At the same time, according to the actual situation and existing problems, we have continuously carried out capacity improvement and technical transformation, and achieved remarkable results. For example: ⑴ The capacity improvement work of the reduction furnace in the reduction workshop has been carried out and completed. The daily capacity of a single furnace has increased from the original average of about 1.1 tons to the current average of about 2.5 tons, and the capacity has increased by 127%. ⑵ The process transformation of the dissolution workshop mixing section has greatly shortened the production time and increased the production efficiency by 50%. ⑶ Actively tap potential, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and continuously optimize production processes and operation methods, which can save the company more than 10 million yuan in production costs each year.
